- Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% upon proforma invoice to start order processing. The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon draft copy of Bill of Lading (B/L), and Commercial Invoice and Packing List .
- Accepted Currencies: We accept payments in US Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR).
- Other Currencies: Settlement in currencies other than USD or EUR must be discussed and agreed upon in writing with our finance team before any transaction is initiated.
- Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via direct Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer) to our official bank account as mentioned in proforma invoice or commercial invoice.
- Details of Charges (71A): Please ask your bank to use (OUR) NOT (SHA).
- Remittance information: please add Invoice number and date and products details.
- Governing Tax: Prices may be subject to UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Website and its contents are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
- To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use this Website.
